When chemistry alone can't recover a tower, the hardware needs work. We coordinate factory-authorized refurbishment on Baltimore Aircoil and comparable equipment, cell by cell, so the plant stays partially online.
Typical scope
Work is staged per cell with lockout/tagout, leaving the remaining cells in service at reduced capacity.
- Demolition of degraded fill media, nozzles, belts, and tension hardware
- Full interior pressure wash and fill support prep
- New factory fill sheets packed to manufacturer instructions
- New metering orifices and hot water basin orifice plate kits
- New drive belts and motor adjustment rods, tensioned to spec
Compliance and labor
Public agency and federal projects are performed under California prevailing wage with certified payroll and DIR registration. Crews carry OSHA 30, confined space, and fall protection training.
