Service & Maintenance Programs
Most of our work runs on multi-year service agreements: a fixed monthly fee covering scheduled site visits, the treatment chemicals your systems consume, controller upkeep, and documented results.
What a visit covers
A route technician tests every treated system, adjusts feed rates, calibrates sensors, and leaves a detailed electronic service report before departing.
- Water analysis of boiler, feedwater, deaerator, condensate, softened, makeup, and cooling tower water
- Furnish and fill onsite bulk and dual-containment chemical tanks
- Inspection and calibration of controller sensors
- Inspection and cleaning of injection points, injectors, and quills
- Written findings and corrective recommendations each visit
Service frequency
Programs are scoped monthly or weekly depending on system criticality. Hospital and mission-critical central plants typically run 52 weekly visits per year with quarterly Legionella testing, semiannual corrosion coupons, and semiannual operator training.
What's included vs. quoted
Contracted chemical volumes, routine testing, and technical support during business hours are covered by the monthly fee. Tower cleaning and disinfection, equipment repair, emergency response, and additional laboratory investigations are quoted separately on your authorization.
Terms
Agreements typically run an initial three-year term with automatic one-year renewals, and pricing is based on the equipment inventory and normal operating loads identified in the scope.
