Commercial Water Treatment Specialist
Manage and grow a book of commercial and industrial accounts while performing hands-on service on cooling towers, boilers, and water purification equipment. You'll work alongside our chemistry and laboratory teams to keep client systems running at spec.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for your accounts
- Manage account renewals and service contracts, and identify opportunities to expand programs
- Perform plumbing installations and repairs related to water treatment equipment
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair treatment equipment including pumps, controllers, and feed systems
- Collect samples, run field analyses, and prepare service reports and recommendations for clients
- Handle, transport, and dose treatment chemicals — including drums — safely and in compliance with regulations
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental requirements on client sites
- Support sales activity in the territory, from site surveys to proposals
Skills & qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting water test results and system data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in sales or account management
- Plumbing experience preferred
- Prior water treatment experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
